She became an award winning Realtor® with Prudential Arizona Properties, receiving awards for Top Relocation Listing Agent, Honor Society (Top 15% of All Agents in Prudential Arizona Properties) and also has received the highly coveted Customer Service Award.

Marian believes in continuing education and earned her (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation in 2002 and the (ABR) Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation in 2003.  She qualified for the (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist Designation in 2006.  The CRS is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.  The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in experience, education and sales production.  Marian is currently attending classes to attaining her GRI designation.

Marian has also earned specialty designations as an (ASP) Accredited Staging Professional and also received the unique (FSCRE) Feng Shui Certified in Real Estate Designation.

Serving as President of the Phoenix Women's Council of Realtors in 2006, Marian continues to serve as an active member in giving back to the community and working as a fund raiser to provide money to charities for clothes and toys for underprivileged children in Arizona.
